Message: | Dear Nigel, Thank you for your kind reply and advice. I managed some time ago to obtain the complete set of Albert Friedemanns' catalogues/books and the Poststempel catalogue. Luckily I speak, read and write German having spent 13+ years there, and up until now my main collection has been Thurn und Taxis and I am a member of the ArGe Thurn u. Taxis. I have considered applying to the ArGe Deutsche Kolonien but at the moment I think the GCPS may suffice, having said that, I do not know how many in the Society collect the Colonies. Many thanks once again for your reply and is much appreciated. Victor. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
