Dear Mr Polizatto,
the 1870 letter from Leipzig to Calcutta and 1873 (? unclear) letter from Dresden to Calcutta would have been forwarded per North German Confederation foreign postal rates. These are covered by the Norddeutscher Bund Post- und Telegraphen- Handbuch 1869, Tarif Ausland as reprinted by the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Norddeutscher Postbezirk e.V as Heft 30 in their series of literature.
Having said that I cannot nail down the rate on the Dresden letter which appears to have been prepaid at 7¼ Sgr. It is marked via Brindisi but the handbook only gives the rates via France (10Sgr), Triest (8Sgr) and England (11¾Sgr).
The letter from Leipzig, on the other hand, appears more straightforward having been correctly prepaid it seems (scan a bit unclear) 8Sgr via Triest.
The earlier letters from Hamburg are more problematical. You may be able to get some help from the Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft Preußen (www.arge-preussen.de).
I am unable to comment on the incoming letters to Breslau & Heidelberg
Best wishes
