Many Thanks Nigel, I had a look at the webiste, but as my german is limited to minimal phrases from old war films I viewed it through a translator and it made confusing reading, but I got the general gist.
I have done some more investigation myself and come up with a couple of bits of additional information. There are 2 main areas that help to identify a forged version of these stamps. The cancellation not going to any of the edges and the "L" of Schilling is much closer to the oval on the forgeries, which were the work of Fournier. I acquired 5 stamps in the set. The 1st 3 have exactly the same cancellation and the "L" is virtually on the oval, as you can see from the picture that I have already posted. However the other 2 stamps look as though they might be original stamps, but I am struggling to identify the postmarks. On the attached picture there is an obvious gap between the "L" and the oval. I wonder if you would be good enough to post this image on teh website to see if anyone recognises the postmark.
Many thanks for your help sp far.
