I am new to posting questions to any forum but, I have come across a stamp that I can not find any information on. So, as a last resort, I decided to give this a shot. Does anyone have any information on the attached stamp? I know that it is an “overprint” but, I have not been able to find anything to tell me a number, date or anything. Any information/feedback will be greatly appreciated. My initial thought is that it is a counterfeit. |
