The G&CPS celebrated its inaugural year in 1964 with the first Germania Posta philatelic exhibition held in Stockton.

Message: Hi all. This is my 1st post here. I have a Weimar Republic Hyperinflation Issue stamp where the overprint appear to be under the printing of the actual stamp itself. In the uploaded photo notice how the black overprint is not uniformly-coloured throughout. Can anyone give an opinion on this - is it not uncommon, seldom seen, or what? Also, any idea of what the value might be? I have a Michel catalog but my lack of German is making it difficult to understand.
