The G&CPS celebrated its inaugural year in 1964 with the first Germania Posta philatelic exhibition held in Stockton.

Message: I have some block 5 & 6's that measure about 0.150mm in thickness. A recent purchase of an otherwise quite accurately described lot, included 2 blocks described as 5z & 6z thick paper. Michel advises thick paper at > 0.190mm. One block is about 0.192mm. One block measures about 0.178mm. Q: Is there a wide thickness range for these blocks; is the 0.178 quite outside the normal range? Thanks very much for any insight you can provide.
