Can anyone explain how the DDR period of postal rates worked for two in particular. Attached is a scan from the Michel book, so the question is what or how was this worked out for (Briefe im ortsverkehr translated to Local Letters) and (im Fernverkehr or in long-distance tracffic). Surely it had to do with distance, if so, is this documented somehow, and how can I get a copy. |
