Hello again,
I have this postcard from Kiautschou,sent to Asuncion in Paraguay, with transit in Yokohama, Japan, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. As far as I understand 10 pfennig was the proper rate for a postcard sent abroad on those days, but I'm far from being an expert on rates. So I wonder why those japanese stamps were applied. Is that a tax?, or what is the reason of those stamps there?
