Germany & Colonies Philatelic Society
The year 2014 marked the 50th anniversary of the first year of operation of the Germany & Colonies Philatelic Society following the amalgamation of the Germany & Colonies Stamp Club (established 1947) and the Stockton German Study Group (1960).

The G&CPS celebrated its inaugural year in 1964 with the first Germania Posta philatelic exhibition held in Stockton.

Message: Hello George Welcome to the Society. I have recently sent you a copy of our February issue of Germania and the index to Germania, as well as details of publications available from the Society. The list does include some Zeppelin related books. You will see in Germania that we are associated with the Zeppelin Study Group, and you can also find a link on our website to their website. The leader of the Group, Dieter Leder, is also an expertiser of Zeppelin mail. He has written about various forgeries in his 'Zeppelin Post Journal'.
