The year 2014 marked the 50th anniversary of the first year of operation of the Germany & Colonies Philatelic Society following the amalgamation of the Germany & Colonies Stamp Club (established 1947) and the Stockton German Study Group (1960).
The G&CPS celebrated its inaugural year in 1964 with the first Germania Posta philatelic exhibition held in Stockton.
I have recently become interested in the history of Zeppelin post. I am trying to find a copy of Michel Handbook Zeppelin- und Flugpost-Spezial-Katalog 2017/2018 (or other earlier year if this cannot be found) and Sieger’s Zeppelinpost-Katalog which are all out of print. I have searched in the obvious places - might anyone have an idea where I could find a copy?
