Message: Sight of a document concerning the repatriation of Invalids (War Wounded) has come my way. The date is Nov 1811, and passage is to be arranged with transfer of the Invalids via Heligoland. The Invalids are quite probably Brunswickers. Does anyone know anything about this. This document was one of the few to have survived mis-storage in Woolwich Arsenal, and perhaps had more survived, the answer would be readily available. Wer weisst etwas.
