The heading of the card Почтовая карточка simply means postcard so I don't think it is a field post card. The 32 is undoubtedly a censor mark (possibly even censored within in the Red Cross. As for the Red Cross cachet someone at the British Society of Russian Philately may be able to help you: https://www.bsrp.org or indeed the leader of our NW Group Fred as he is very knowledgeable on the subject.
