Germany & Colonies Philatelic Society
The year 2014 marked the 50th anniversary of the first year of operation of the Germany & Colonies Philatelic Society following the amalgamation of the Germany & Colonies Stamp Club (established 1947) and the Stockton German Study Group (1960).

The G&CPS celebrated its inaugural year in 1964 with the first Germania Posta philatelic exhibition held in Stockton.

Message: Thanks Giles it just has to be what you are saying since the stamp in question picture attached even the colour is more olive brown than ochre brown, but again it is defiantly not MiNr 83b or should I write it as Mi:DR D83b as a German Empire (official stamp), I wish though it would be. Most likely it’s the postmark, I did send another like this one to Mr Josef Bauer BPP coming back as (Postmark counterfeit). I ain’t sending this one to Mr Bauer he might think I am printing them at home LOL.
