Hi Bob, Welcome to the Society. As you may have gathered I am the Exchange Packet Secretary for the GCPS. To date I am unable to confirm that you are a fully paid up member of the Society due to the fact that at present there is a handover taking place of the Treasurer's post. You should receive membership confirmation from a Mr John Campbell and if you had indicated that you are interested in receiving/sumbitting material for the Packet he should in due course notify me. Once this is received by me I then send out the Packet information required. Currently there are 9 circuits in operation throughout the UK and where possible the packet is passed by hand. If posted Special Delivery service is used with a level of £1000 cover costing in total £6.90 to post on. The circuit lists are rotated so that in theory everyone should have an opportunity to be at the top of the list. Each list contains approx 23-25 members depending upon the area.
