Message: | Bill Normally during this period postcards with a propaganda value that do not have any printer's credits i.e. Photos of Hitler and such, are usually hand outs to promote the Anschluss. In this case I would think that it is a normal postcard of Vienna sold to tourists, then cancelled to order twice. The 3gr rate was the Austrian printed mater rate, while the 1pfg Hindenburg definitive was the lowest value that could be used for favour cancellations. it is likely that this card never saw a post box.
