Germany & Colonies Philatelic Society
The year 2014 marked the 50th anniversary of the first year of operation of the Germany & Colonies Philatelic Society following the amalgamation of the Germany & Colonies Stamp Club (established 1947) and the Stockton German Study Group (1960).

The G&CPS celebrated its inaugural year in 1964 with the first Germania Posta philatelic exhibition held in Stockton.

Message: Bill - the image attached to your query may have been too large in resolution to show successfully, but I magine you are referring to the 'large numerals in rhombus' stamp imprints found on Rohrpost postal stationery 1921-1923 - an example being the 200Pf card of 1921 (Mi. RP21). It appears that there were no equivalent postage stamps, so the design was exclusive to the stationery (as with some other issues). Giles.
