Message: The definitive work is Reinhold Schwarzer's Die Luftpostgebuehren fuer deutsche Briefsendungen nach dem Ausland 1926-1945 (1989). Copies should be available from Philabooks. The Pumpenmeier auction firm also has copies for sale. Philabooks also has reprints of the detailed official reports about airmail routes and postal fees 1934-1944. Paul-Juergen Hueske's Deutsche Reich: Die Gebuehren im Deutschen Reich 1933-1945 issued by INFLA has some airmail rate information. Philabooks probably has copies of that publication.
