Message: | I think any item connected to Germany is legitimately part of a German PH collection; whether you cholose to include it in yours is purely a matter of personal taste! Some items may seem more connected to Germany than others, for example covers franked with Belgian, British, Danish, Dutch, French, US etc stamps with sender's address and/or postmark specifying Germany or with cachets such as ‘NIEDERL. FELDPOST | Ermässigte Gebühr’, ‘British Field Post | Ermässigte Gebühr’, ‘Poste Militaire Belge / Ermässigte Gebühr’, etc.; or official mail with e.g. BAOR cachets. Best wishes, Philip | ||||||||||||||||||||
