Germany & Colonies Philatelic Society
The year 2014 marked the 50th anniversary of the first year of operation of the Germany & Colonies Philatelic Society following the amalgamation of the Germany & Colonies Stamp Club (established 1947) and the Stockton German Study Group (1960).

The G&CPS celebrated its inaugural year in 1964 with the first Germania Posta philatelic exhibition held in Stockton.

Message: Reading the August Germania Volume 54 Number 3 page 203 Reports from the regions John Campbell's venue on Berlin Private Posts. He mentions on the second column second paragraph, I quote (Private individuals could have their own stationery by a change of address card for a Mr Noa and Cantor Fritz Schmid's card notifying his pupils of an exam that coming). The two cards that I have are exactly the same in this case are hand written and only the address name are different, one of them E.W.115 and the second O.K.203, (203 coincidently as page 203 in Germania) is this a similar case to the above were cards are sent in bulk, since I cant read German, maybe you guys can help. What I can deduce and correct me if I am wrong, on 23rd November 1902 he sends 2 or more cards cancelled at Stuttgart N°8 at 11-12am and arrived at Stuttgart N°1 at 1½pm the rest is a mystery too me, and 23 over 12? who might have stamped those numbers or is the correct wording cachet. Can any one please help.
