I have very recently joined the society and, therefore, am a relative novice to Herman philately. I have developed an interest in the 3rd Reich years, allied occupation and local issues 1945/46.
Can someone please clarify which volume of Michel covers things such as local issues, hand stamped overprints and issues in which Hitler's head is obliterated? If any member has an old copy of this volume(s) for sale I would be glad to hear from them.
