The year 2014 marked the 50th anniversary of the first year of operation of the Germany & Colonies Philatelic Society following the amalgamation of the Germany & Colonies Stamp Club (established 1947) and the Stockton German Study Group (1960).
The G&CPS celebrated its inaugural year in 1964 with the first Germania Posta philatelic exhibition held in Stockton.
Does anyone have any help to offer me in dealing with Schaubek re a problem I experienced with an order recently? It was placed direct with them via their website, I experienced great service but there was an issue with pages missing from an album I bought and now I cannot seem to get anyone there to address this. I have sent three emails to their general email address and just sent another to a specific person who I'd had one prior exchange with. No replies being received and it has been three weeks!
I strongly suspect they have staff not very versed in dealing with English speakers. Does anyone who's dealt with them have a contact they can suggest? There is NOTHING on their site to utilize to get a customer service issue addressed.
