Anyone ever seen a blue 6pf Bodenreform before? It’s a little mystery that has sat in my collection for a few years. The printing seems as good (or as bad) as the standard stamp, and I’ve scanned a bad one for comparison. One rainy afternoon, when I had nothing else to do, I tried various common household chemicals on a few green stamps in the hope they would change to blue, but mostly they did nothing or dissolved the paper. I suspect it will remain a mystery, but any idea will be gratefully received. |
