Message: Just two queries this time! Under the listing of franking varieties aaplying to the breast shield issurss there is mention of Minr 5 as a single franking on a postal document. I have a letter with a number 9473 which is closed by a blue and white seal The seal hasw been affixed in Clausthal and has a inscription reading Konigliches and ppartially ¨ Ob......amt¨ Is this a postal document or what is it' My second query is about the security overprints of the Crown and Eagle issue of 1889. It says in the catalogue this overprint can be seen with an ammonia .bath. My query how is this done and is it worth it. I hope somebody out there can help as I feel a bit isolated here in Andorra. Best regards and HAPPY CHRISTMAS to all. Norman
