Two websites you may find of interest. The first has facility for those not speaking German, and in neither should registration prove difficult.

The first has some 1800+ members around 15 of whom speak very good English.
The second is somewhat newer with fewer members but is largely for the exchange of ideas and material, not confined solely to German philatelic material.
Both sites may be viewed prior to registration, although there are clearly restrictions on posting etc.
